No lock in and no cancellation fee. Here is exactly how cancelling and refunds work.
Last updated 2 August 2026.
Open your account page and choose Manage or cancel subscription. That opens the Stripe billing portal, where cancelling takes one click. You can also email admin@prospectrum.app and we will do it for you.
Cancelling stops the next renewal. You keep Pro access until the end of the month you have already paid for, then the account moves to the free plan. Nothing is deleted when you downgrade, but campaigns above the free plan limit are paused.
Refunds go back to the original payment method through Stripe, normally within five to ten business days depending on your bank.
If you are a consumer in the EU, you have 14 days to withdraw from a distance contract. A subscription is never fully supplied partway through a billing period, so this right survives even though Prospectrum starts working immediately when you subscribe: if you withdraw within 14 days of subscribing, email us and we will refund the unused part of the period, calculated from the day you tell us.
If a payment fails, Stripe retries it over the following days and emails you. While the payment is outstanding your account is treated as free plan, so campaigns above that limit are paused. Update your card in the billing portal and full access returns as soon as the payment clears.
The free plan has no payment details attached and nothing to cancel. You can close the account entirely from your account page at any time.
Email admin@prospectrum.app or use the contact form. We answer billing questions first.
